Commission: From day one all the way up the ranks to Diamond Director within Stella & Dot you earn 25% commission on each and every sale you make. The sale can come from an in person Trunk Show, a friend who calls you to place an individual order, or someone from out of town who you direct to your Stella Dot e-boutique. The commission is yours to keep or reinvest in your business. With Stella & Dot the home office wants to keep as much money as possible in your pocket so they pay for your Hostess Rewards they don't come out of your paycheck.
5% Volume Rebate With Monthly Retail Sales of $2,308
Jump Start Rewards: During your first 100 days, you can earn $3,000+ in FREE jewelry based on personal sales and an unlimited amount of FREE jewelry by sponsoring qualified Stylists!
Monthly Jewelry Booster: After your Jump Start Period ends, you can still earn up to $200 Free Jewelry a month.
Monthly Business Supply Credit: 5% of your sales once you reach $770: With Stella & Dot they want you to keep your profits In Your Pocket! You can use these credits to purchase more Order Forms, catalogs, postcards, gift packaging supplies, as well as some team building supplies.
Start a Team: If you choose to mentor others to become Stylists, you can dramatically increase your earnings in addition to earning commission on the jewelry you sell. You not only earn commission from your team’s wholesales sales, but you can earn residual income from the people they mentor, too. Because the more we support one another, the more successful we all become.
Promotion Bonuses: Obtain and maintain your new pay rank for four consecutive months and you can earn one-time bonuses of $1,000 to $50,000!
There are no sales minimums to maintain status as a Stella & Dot Stylist. However, in order to receive coaching commission, you must be ACTIVE, with 500 in PCV in that month (about $770 retail). This is the minimum amount to earn coaching commissions at the Stylist pay level. To increase your pay level, you will need to achieve and maintain a higher monthly PCV.
